Who we are
This website is run by Andre Channer-Hughes, trading as Channer Growth, a sole trader based near Llandudno, North Wales, UK.
Channer Growth helps local trades businesses get more enquiries through their websites and online presence.

What information we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name and website (if you give one)
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if you give one)
- The message you write
If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we also receive whatever you choose to send (for example your name, number and the content of your message).
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to:
- Reply to your enquiry
- Follow up if you ask us to
- Provide our services if we start working together
Under UK GDPR, the lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us) and, where relevant, taking steps before entering into a contract with you.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: we keep your details only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, then we delete or anonymise them.
- If you become a client: we keep what we need for the work and for normal business records (for example invoices and agreements), for as long as those records are required.
Who sees your information
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for marketing.
To run this website and reply to you, your information may pass through trusted service providers who process it only for that purpose:
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact-form submissions
- Google Workspace — receives and stores enquiry emails
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that message under WhatsApp’s own terms
We do not use these providers to advertise to you or sell your data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information (where we no longer need it, or where the law allows)
- Object to us using your information for legitimate interests
